Creation of Constructive Trusts," made a very strong impact on
our readers, which is why we published it in the first place.
Due to the numerous emails regarding our last issue, this
newsletter comprises your email comments and thoughts, a first
for our Privacy World newsletter!

Dear PW,
The territories also include the "corporate 50 states", not what you
describe as the "sovereign state republics" of which there is little
evidence of them in this day and age. Like the 14th amend creating
corporate federal citizens the corporate states created corporate
state citizens. The obligations of the national govt are extended to
their corporate satellites called the STATES, aka territories.
additionally through gradual infiltration of both corporate entities
in all business and finance, everyone has enjoined themselves in
commerce and all relevant taxing schemes. Grant you this is contrary
to what most "patriots" want you to know but with research this all
can be proven. One could start with benefit programs like social
security, any licenses (drivers, business, etc.) with state or
national govt and last but not least any contracts entered into with
governing or private companies under state or fed control. A nexus
can be ascertained with proper due diligence.
By your input below I presume you agree but what remains or eludes all
of us is a viable process to "fix" the mistakes we made and whereby an
action to remedy the damage done cannot be refuted or dismissed by any
governing body. The million dollar question is how can one work
without a number or operate a vehicle without a license? All the
legal minds I have asked thus far don't know or wont answer.

I thought I would send you this link since it pertains to your subject

A lot of people have gotten into trouble utilizing the means described
in your newsletter. If you want the simple facts on relevant issues

few others also. I have been studying these types of issues for 15 or
so years. What I have seen lately though is no respect for the rule
of law to outrageous proportions by the very 'people' that espouse it
the most.

The writer of this post does not appear to realize that both the
UNITED STATES, the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA and each of the 50 STATES
are corporate bodies within the Holy Roman Empire, a 'collectivist'
system owned by the Vatican. All Roman human institutions, when
'incorporated', are make-believe ships at sea, and are administered
as such.
In this system, all humans are 'body parts - members' of the make-
believe ship, the corporate body, and thus 'subject' to the
administrative head, and the administrative 'officer' corp. That
means that humans, in this system, are not 'free will humans', but
have the status of 'plantation slaves'.
You will find that terms commonly used to refer to humans all mean
some status within the slave status - persons, natural persons, and
individual signifies the slave status. Slaves granted privileges,
(falsely called rights and freedoms), in exchange for tribute (taxes,
bribes) and obedience to the slave owner's edicts (Acts, statutes,
laws, rules and regulations) are called 'citizens, subjects, or
freemen'.
The means in which this is accomplished by the 'make-believe ship's
administrative body' is to issue a money value certificate, the birth
certificate, by taking the information from the form that parents file
as 'registration of live birth of a child', including the given and
family names, and converting the family name to a 'surname' - meaning
'primary name'. This becomes the 'legal identity' or 'contract
identity' name. It is a fiction to match the child up to the
fictional ship, the body politic. This scheme to defraud the human of
his 'God Given' natural status of 'free will' is consummated by having
the adult human accept/acknowledge that he/she is 'one and the same'
as the 'legal identity' name.
The use of that State owned legal identity name bestows the status of
'plantation slave' upon the adult human who becomes ignorantly
enveloped in that name. The State administrators impose the legal
maxim, accessio cedit principali' - an accessory attached to a
principal becomes the property of the owner of the principal.
The people of the USA, and the rest of the western world have been
thusly entrapped into slavery to the Vatican, as the edict (Papal
Bull) of the Pope, UNAM SANCTAM 1302 says, last sentence:

salvation that every human creature be SUBJECT to the Roman Pontiff."
King Henry VIII did not separate England from the Holy Roman Empire of
the Pope of Rome, nor did the American Revolution separate 'Virginia'
(North America) from the Holy Roman Empire, and its corporate/fascist
structure. King George W. Bush is now imposing the will of the
current 'Inquisitor' Pope, 'Benedict' XVI Ratzinger, formerly head of
the Vatican Department of Doctrinal Correctness - the Inquisition,
upon America. And, I believe the current financial turmoil is
punishment for the UNITED STATES failure to deliver the 'black gold'
of the Middle East to the Pope owned corporations as the requirement
for re-entry into the next 70 year international bankruptcy
administered for the Pope by the Rothschild Banking System of the City
of London, a wholly owned territory of the Vatican within England.
So, arguing the point as to whether Americans are US citizens or State
citizens would be similar to arguing whether it would be better to be
a passenger on the Titanic, its sister ship, the Olympia, or on the
Lusitania.

you talk about Constructive Trusts and I am familiar with them, but
where does one go to get out of them and find the support after the
process is started. It seems everyone can talk about the subject and
that's as far as it goes. If their is some information on who can
help and not hang you out to dry once you get started it would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

This email is in response to your newsletter dated February 1,
2008 regarding "How You Became A Commodity-The Creation of
Constructive Trusts".
I am very much aware of the situation you describe. In 2002, I filed
documents pertaining to my declaration of sovereignty and expatriation
from the "United States corp." Of course, I have received no official
recognition of my declaration. Since then, I have done extensive
study. Unfortunately, there is a wide range of thought on this topic.
As you have stated, the law is difficult to find, and it takes one
with a trained eye and sense of reality to uncover the fraud.
Currently, I am making a second attempt to remove myself, politically,
from the United States by re-establishing my State nationality with
the help of L.B. Bork.
*From reading your newsletter, I am curious if you have uncovered the
full extent of regaining one's sovereignty and status. It is one
thing to talk about it, and it is a whole other thing to know how to
correct it. I am most interested in any information you may have to
terminate any and all constructive trusts and presumptions that hold
me in bondage. Though I have a birth certificate and was issued a
social security number, I do not use the SSN any longer. As a result,
I have closed all bank accounts and I am currently transferring my
automobiles over to holding trusts under a trustee. I realize I have
some residual messes to clean up, and I am interested in all
information that can help me achieve that, quicker.
Also, I have been studying law procedure to prepare me for battles in
the court. I have been applying myself in this effort, with some
success.
If it were possible, I would be interested in getting the hell out of
here. The problem is that I lack the finances to move my family
abroad without first securing a livelihood at that location.
It sucks to know I'm standing in shit and don't have the means to step
out of it.
For me, this is solely an ethical and moral decision. I trust in the
Creator. But, all humanity has become corrupted by those who would
trespass. Those of us who attempt to fight the system in the name of
justice, humanity and common sense become victims, not only of the
system, but by the ignorant. My whole life is consumed with taking
care of my family and fighting for our liberty. It gets tiring to
have to spend all your energy to protect our rights. Many are in the
battle, but little progress is being made to save this country. More
is needed people, resources, money if justice is to prevail. The
enemy is well-organized with unlimited resources. However, they lack
the support of our Heavenly Father. It will be by His will that the
good and just people will prevail. May His will be done.

I have enjoyed your newsletter for some years because
you are one of the few trying to educate some people
about issues of freedom.
Thank you.
I decided to comment on this recent issue which begins
the explanation of how the law and economics was used
to trick the American (and ultimately most of the
world) people into believing in freedom while being
truly enslaved just so a select few could control and
profit (obscenely) from everyone else's labor and
creativity.
You are mostly correct in your statements however a
few corrections might go a long way towards a deeper
understanding of the subject. In addition to the
information you supplied, a few additional facts:
1. The IRS is ONLY a private collection agency
licensed to collect a debt owed, and
2. IRS agents get paid commissions (a percentage) on
everything he/she collects, and
3. The 1913 Tariff Act establishes the framework for
them to charge a fee to you (through your commercial
license-the SSN) for the usage of a foreign, imported,
privately owned commodity...the US Dollar.
So, any transaction involving US Dollars is taxed an
import tax and usage fee in addition to any other
"implied taxes" in the code.
4. The US Constitution has been suspended since 1933.
This fact suggests that the extent of the fraud is
huge since;
a. the "official" curriculum for public schools still
teaches various important beliefs relative to
constitutional freedoms, and
b. the test for new citizens to the United States
includes questions about the US Constitution, and
c. Federal Courts will tell you that they derive their
jurisdiction and power over you from the 14th
Amendment of the Constitution, and
d. Similarly, the municipal government agencies claim
their jurisdiction stems from the 14th Amendment, and
e. Congressional members take an oath to uphold the
Constitution...then write laws and appropriate
borrowing from the privately owned Federal
Reserve...which conform to the legal reality that
exists now.
I have observed that there is an attitude of
entitlement and absolute control among defenders of
"the system" (judges, government workers etc.) which
often results in a disregard for the actual law...as
long as "the system" and the illusion remains intact.
The law is given lip service but is not followed where
inconvenient.
This lawlessness has become institutionalized
(system-wide) and serves the purposes of the power
elite because it signals that most upper, mid-level
and ambitious lower level employees are willing to
defend the illusion (lie) in exchange for their sense
of importance and slightly bigger piece of the pie.
This is why you often see "the Mr. Smith effect" (from
the movie The Matrix) where a regular Joe can suddenly
turn into a virulent enemy if you question the system.
Fully 56% of the American population is dependent on a
government check for their personal economic survival
so it is unlikely that freedom will rear its'
beautiful head in America anytime soon.
This is a deep subject so I will stop here. Keep up
the good work.

I believe what you are writing is true and there are
some groups I know of trying to help people, but what
do you suggest?
1) We did not do this, our parents did. That is grounds
for breech of contract.
2) Is a UCC-1 document filed with the state and secured
with bonds beneficial to the individual?
What groups do you know of that can help us for a nominal
fee?
